John 12:12-19
Hebrews 12:1 - felt impressed to read you this scripture today.
The devil is out to destroy every aspect of your lives. But when he's around you , you look up to Jesus. He will battle the devil for you. Put Jesus first and the devil won't be able to touch you as much as he did before. Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you. He will always have your back.
Palm Sunday - it's the beginning of the beginning. Our beginning is going to happen one day when Jesus calls us home.
Take this week to really think about what Jesus did for you , when He died on the cross for our sins. Palm Sunday isn't about the people that were there or what they did or the Pharisees who tried to stop what was happening. It's about Jesus and how Jesus blesses us.

All four of these scriptures give different viewpoints to get the whole story of Palm Sunday and what it means.
He had just resurrected Lazarus and the people wanted to see more of what He could do. So when the people heard He was coming, they took branches of palm trees and laid them on the pathway for Jesus.
How important is it for you to acknowledge that God loved us enough to send His only Son down to die for our sins and pay our sin debt?
When Jesus arrived on a colt of a donkey, He wanted to show that He came to save our souls not to save our fleshly bodies.
John 3:17 - God sent His son not to condemn the world but to save our souls.
He left as a sacrificial lamb but will come back roaring like a lion.
Jesus was more, oh so much more, than a prophet. He is God, the father, He is God the Son, and He is God the Holy Spirit.
We need to recognize Jesus and that He was sent to save us from burning for an eternity in Hell. I don't understand why Jesus love me. It doesn't matter what you did in the past. It matters that you follow Him now.
Luke 19:38-40
If we as a church don't praise Jesus, the stones would cry out. Only Jesus can calm the raging sea.
1. Recognize - Jesus
2. Rejoice- in Jesus
3. Repent - for your sins.
John 12:19 - The Pharisees knew they were losing the fight. We don't control Jesus. Jesus controls Jesus.
Remember Jesus is on the right hand of the father.
Leave your issues and sins at the feet of Jesus. Jesus is the ONLY WAY to get salvation and to live for eternity in Heaven.
