1 John 4:3 - "And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is the spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world."
God is not the author of confusion or deception. He has a plan laid out. Jesus knew He was going to go to the cross before he made the heavens and the earth. God doesn't like division in the body of Christ; us.
Confesseth means to agree with scriptures. If something doesn't agree with your doctrine, then go to the scriptures to see the falsehood. Put Jesus first. It's not whether we do or don't, it's whether it matches the scriptures. There's those out there that don't beleive in the word of God. The pastors out there that don't show that Jesus is the only way to heaven. Those are false prophets that will bring confusion. God wants you to think about the things that are to come. The things that He has set up for us. He tells us that He's setting us up. He sent the comforter to bring us comfort in trying times.
John 1:1-3- "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made."
It's not Jesus + nothing or Jesus - nothing. Jesus should have our focus in all we do and say. So many people don't say the name, "Jesus." But Jesus is where our focus should be. False prophets are led by satan. They purposely withhold the name of Jesus from their teachings. They don't want to give Jesus the credit that He deserves.

The false prophets are already here waiting to pounce on you to destroy your testimony and to keep your focus off of Jesus. Jesus isn't just a preacher, or just a king, He is God and we should acknowledge that.
The antichrist - we're talking about the antichrist that talks you into not going to church and talks you into turning your back on Jesus. He's already here. He will keep your from praying. Satan didn't wait to show up, he works in the background and whispers in the ears of man. But Jesus is on the right hand of the father making intercession for us.
As soon as he was defeated at the cross, satan was making preparations for the antichrist. You're either with Christ or your with the antichrist. He's already in this world. If you don't know Jesus, don't wait until I'm through preaching, come on down to the alter and pray. It's time for us to be prepared for the coming of Christ. We need to get back on our knees begging Christ to forgive us.
The antichrist is working against us. He's manipulatyed folks to allow pornographic things to put out in public. He's taken prayer out of schools.
But Jesus is fighting for us. He's saying you've been adopted by God. We are joint-heirs to the throne of God. Who's in you if you're saved by His grace? Jesus is in you. He'll always be there for you. He'll never leave you. He's already overcome. He's already won the battle. Satan doesn't know it, he thinks he can still win against God. But Jesus won the war at the cross, when He said, "It is finished."
