The Lost Sheep

Luke 15:1-7

Luke 15:1 -Only the ones wanting to actually hear Jeasus preach are the publicans and the sinners.

Luke 15:2-The Pharises and scribes were trying to find fault with what He was preaching. The publicans and sinners came to Jesus, He didn't go to them. We ALL need Jesus. Jesus goes to those who need Him and ask for Him to save them; Those who believe He died for their sins.

Luke 15:3-4- Parable- If you have 100 sheep and lose one, do you leave the 99 to go find the one that is lost? Jesus is looking for you to be in His flock. He allowed Himself to be beaten, tortured, humiliated, and killed because He loves you that much; will you give Jesus the same kind of love?

All He asks for is your love, faith, and obiedience. Trust Him to protect and take care of you.

Luke 15:4 - He carries us when we have no more strength to go on or when we've gotten lost and can't find our way back.

Luke 15:5-7 - Jesus rejoices when the one that was lost becomes found and is saved to find their home in glory. When you accept Jesus into you heart, the feeling of joy is so overwhelming that you just want to shout it from the mountain tops. Jesus is the reason that joy is in your heart. Share your joy with Jesus. Rejoice with Him, when He saves you.
